Users are responsible for independently verifying all in-game decisions and resource usage.

The App is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Whiteout Survival, Century Games, Discord, or any related companies.

All game-related trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.

The App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The developer makes no guarantees regarding:

- availability,
- reliability,
- functionality,
- compatibility,
- or fitness for a particular purpose.

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:
- loss of in-game resources,
- gameplay decisions,
- account issues,
- data loss,
- interruptions,
- bugs,
- errors,
- or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

## User Data

The App may store local browser data such as planner settings using local storage.

The App does not intentionally collect personal information or account credentials.

Discord integration may provide limited public Discord profile information necessary for Activity functionality.

## Availability

The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

## Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
